360 Rev Burn:

The more mass you have the more calories you burn. This is a challenge you don’t want to miss!

Barre:

This class is set to upbeat music which combines Pilates, Yoga and ballet inspired movements to sculpt lean muscles without impact. Your hips, thighs, seat, and abs are the focus of this ultimate body shaping class!

Body Blast:

This high energy workout includes full body strength training, cardio blasts and abdominal work.

Bootcamp:

Bootcamp is designed to develop your cardiovascular strength and increase your endurance like no other workout. Weights combined with cardio segments make this class the ultimate fat burning workout! This class is intense and not for begginers.

Chisel:

This strength training class and conditioning workout will challenge your muscular endurance as well as your core!

Hatha Yoga:

This Yoga is designed to connect the body, the mind, the spirit. In this practice of Yoga, students focus on their postures, breathing, and relaxation. Yoga will tone the body, enhancing flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. Class closes with a relaxation.

Meltdown:

Using proven exercise techniques, increase your overall fitness level, improve your conditioning, and drop your body fat levels.

RPM Extreme:

The best of both worlds! This class combines Cardio (spin) and strength training maximizing the caloric burn!
Sculpt-Mix Workout: Combo strength and cardiovascular exercises to tone and increase endurance. Great mix of exercises to help you attain your fitness goals.

Senior Fit:

A class with strength training and cardio, especially designed for seniors or anyone at a beginner level.

SilverSneakers® Classic:

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. If you are just getting started, this is the class for you.

SilverSneakers® Circuit:

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.

Spin:

An aerobic workout with music utilizing stationary bikes. This is a low impact workout that minimizes stress to bones and joints. Get ready to climb, jump and race to the finish line. Whether you’re 17 or 71, your instructor will challenge and motivate you. No complex moves required, just pure sweat!!

Stretch:

15 minutes of stretching. This class will increase flexibility and range of motion. Great way to finish or get warmed up before your workout.

Total Body Sculpt:

This class is for all fitness levels. Your instructor will take you through a strength training class with hands on help to insure perfect form.

Total Core:

Come to this core workout to get stronger where it matters most, and build a rock solid midsection! A strong core will help you to keep optimal body alignment for in and outside of the gym.

TRX:

By utilizing your own body weight the TRXdelivers a fast, effective total body workout. The TRX will help develop strength, balance, core, and joint stability simutaneously. The TRXis versatile which makes it a perfect class for both begginers and most experienced.

X-Treme Sculpt:

This sculpting class will take you through a full strength training workout. Intervals are done smoothly and quickly to maximize the workout in a short period of time. Your instructor will make you sweat and feel great!

Sunrise Yoga:

This gentle level 1 Hatha class is a wonderful way to start your day! Class closes with a relaxation.
