When I started training with Chris back in April, I knew I would be in for a bumpy road ahead. The only time I had to work out was at 5:30am which required some serious soul searching. I was unsure whether I would be able to manage a schedule of working out before it was light out, run a small business during the day, make dinner and get my 2 kids to bed at night, and then get to sleep at a decent hour to support all these day to day tasks. As it turns out, the training I have received has only enhanced every aspect of my life. I am more efficient at work, I have more energy to play with my kids, and I have a better awareness of my body. My biggest take away from training with Chris is how important nutrition is in order to reach personal weight loss and muscle growth goals. Chris not only teaches you in the gym, but outside the gym as well. His knowledge and passion for good health are always with me.
